About Club Delibs
Club Delibs runs a club's recruitment deliberation as a live, structured session. Members read each applicant on their phones, vote a stance, discuss, then rate. The ratings produce a ranked list.
What it does not do
The app never admits or rejects anyone. It produces a ranked list and nothing more. Every keep, cut and undecided decision is made manually by club leadership, and the app records that choice rather than making it.
There is no threshold, no cutoff, and no automated recommendation about who should get in.
Privacy
- Applicant answers, notes and votes are visible only to signed-in members of the club that imported them.
- Individual ratings are never sent to any client, including the host's screen. Only the median and the spread are shown.
- Stances stay hidden until everyone eligible has voted.
- A member who discloses a relationship with an applicant cannot vote on that applicant.
- Each recruitment cycle carries a deletion date. When it passes, the cycle and every applicant, note and vote inside it are deleted.
Data and sign-in
Applicants come from a spreadsheet the club exports and uploads; the app does not read anyone's email, drive or calendar. Signing in sends a one-time code to your email address, which only proves you own it. No passwords are stored.
Club membership comes from entering a club's join code, which admins can rotate at any time.
